Existing drawings and concept designs
Following our on-site meeting we carry out a measured survey of the property to inform existing drawings. This enables us to put your aspirations to plan. We can also provide interactive 3D versions to help you better understand and explore the design.
Planning and Building Control
On agreement of the final design we submit Planning and Building Control applications to the relevant local authorities. We have a proven track record of obtaining planning and building control approvals for a variety of design, and methods and materials of construction.
Build
We build what we design. We oversee every single aspect of the build including groundwork, shell, internal works, plumbing and heating, electrical, finishes and landscaping.
Aftercare
On completion you will benefit from an appropriate period of making good defects. You will be provided with a ‘project pack’ consisting of all design stage drawings, before and after photos, Planning and Building Control approvals, warranties, and instructions for specialist items.
